Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Patties(Or use your favorite Plant-Based Meat):
    • In a large bowl, mix the quinoa, mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, grated carrots, red onion, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
    •Form the mixture into 6 small patties.
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and firm.
    2. Caramelize the Onions:
    • In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil over low heat.
    • Add 2 thinly sliced onions and a pinch of salt.
    • Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes until the onions are golden and caramelized.
    3. Make the Garlic Aioli:
    • Mix the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
    4. Assemble the Sliders:
    • Spread garlic aioli on the bottom half of each slider bun.
    • Add lettuce, a veggie patty, caramelized onions, a slice of cheese (if using), tomato, and pickles.
    • Top with the other half of the bun.
    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve these sliders with a side of sweet potato fries, a fresh green salad, or crispy onion rings for the perfect meal!
