Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pint Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 Pack Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Icing store bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Strawberries: Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice off the green tops so they can stand upright. Then, cut off the tip of each strawberry (about 1/3 of the way down) to create the “hat.”
    2. Assemble Santa’s Body: Using a piping bag or a small spoon, place a dollop of vanilla icing on the base of the larger portion of the strawberry. This will be Santa’s “body.”
    3. Add the Hat: Place the smaller tip of the strawberry on top of the icing to form Santa’s “hat.”
    4. Make the Eyes: Insert two mini chocolate chips into the icing below the hat to create Santa’s eyes.
    5. Add Buttons: Place two small dots of icing on the front of the strawberry for Santa’s buttons.
    6. Serve and Enjoy: Arrange the Strawberry Santa Bites on a festive platter and enjoy!
