Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo or blended soaked cashews for a whole-food version
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk soy, almond, or oat
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup optional, for balance

Instructions
 

Step 1: Mix the Base

  • ? In a small bowl, whisk together vegan mayo, plant milk, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.

Step 2: Add Seasonings

  • ? Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and maple syrup.

Step 3: Adjust & Chill

  • ? Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. For a thinner ranch, add a little extra plant milk. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

  • ? Drizzle over salads, use as a dip for crispy cauliflower wings, or spread on sandwiches!
