Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4-5 tbsp peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or dairy-free chocolate
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions
 

Prep the Bananas

  • Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

Assemble the Snickers Bites

  • Place a small dollop (about 1/2 tsp) of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
  • Stack another banana slice on top of the peanut butter, creating a “sandwich.”

Melt the Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler.

Dip and Decorate

  • Using a fork or skewer, dip each banana sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Place the chocolate-coated bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top while the chocolate is still wet.

Chill and Serve

  • Place the tray in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours until fully set.
  • Once frozen, enjoy immediately!

Notes

• Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
•Swap peanut butter with almond or sunflower seed butter for variety!
