Instructions
Prep the Bananas
Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
Assemble the Snickers Bites
Place a small dollop (about 1/2 tsp) of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
Stack another banana slice on top of the peanut butter, creating a “sandwich.”
Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler.
Dip and Decorate
Using a fork or skewer, dip each banana sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
Place the chocolate-coated bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top while the chocolate is still wet.
Chill and Serve
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours until fully set.
Once frozen, enjoy immediately!
Notes
• Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
•Swap peanut butter with almond or sunflower seed butter for variety!
